This chart simply means that if you have the given water pressure in your home, with all faucets and Basepump turned OFF, the pumping rates shown in this chart are the rates you should expect from the model you choose. The pumping rate in your home may vary depending on factors such as restrictions in your water lines or long discharge pipes. |

Included Water AlarmOne FREE battery operated water alarm included with every Basepump purchase! Batteries included! Uses 2 CR2032 Button Cell Batteries, available wherever batteries are sold. Set the probe in the sump at the water level where you want to have the alarm sound. When even a little water touches the probe, it sounds an 80 dB alarm that can be heard upstairs in the house, but probably won't scare you or rock you out of bed! It sounds much like a typical smoke alarm. See Floodtek Water Alarms

If the power does go out, there is a battery backup so the alarm can still work. Uses standard 9 Volt battery. Silence and Test buttons are on the front cover and easy, push-in connectors for the 15 Foot float cable. Built-in contacts for connection to your security system or auto-dialer |

Basepump

Dual Check ValveClick Photo to Enlarge Some states and municipalities recommend or require a back-flow device whenever potable water could be compromised in any way by ground water or other contaminants. Regardless of how remote the possibility of this occurring, the installer of such a product may be required to add such a device to the installation. To install: connect this to the water supply end of the Basepump and insert a male adapter into the other end.

No torch, No crimping tools, No wrenches, No soldering paste or flux, No burned fingers, No fire hazards, No frustrating leaks, No smelly adhesives, No solder or other disposable materials. Just fast, easy, secure connections; simply push together and move on. Each kit comes with ferrule inserts to reinforce PEX and CPVC pipe ends. Push the pipe all the way into the fitting and it is sealed, right then and there. No going back over it to glue, press, or solder. You can even turn the fittings after insertion if needed to line them up properly. Try that with a glued or soldered fitting! Flexible stainless steel tubing included!!Flexible stainless steel pipe section with female threaded fittings on each end. It looks just like a gas stove connector, but is rated for potable water. The fittings on each end swivel like a union so you don't need a separate union fitting. This can be threaded right onto the nipple that comes with Basepump and the other end can receive the male adapter from the kit. It usually eliminates the need for extra fittings, because it can be twisted and turned in many ways to fit. The 3/4" flexible line is 18" long and the 1/2" flexible line is 30" long. |
