1. Connect the ball valve to the Basepump using the nipple included with the pump.
2. Attach the No-Sweat Male Adapter to the ball valve and run your copper, PEX, or CPVC pipe to the location where you intend to connect to the existing water line. 
3. Turn off the water and drain the system. 
4. Cut the required length (about 1 inch) out of the existing water pipe and push each newly cut end into the tee fitting
5. Twist tee to face the correct direction to receive the new pipe.
6. Push in the new pipe, confirm all fittings are connected, and turn on the water. Check for leaks.

No: torch, crimping tools, wrenches, soldering paste, burned fingers, fire hazards, frustrating leaks, smelly adhesives, solder, or other disposable materials. Just fast, easy, secure connections; simply push together and move on. Each kit comes with ferrule inserts for use with PEX and CPVC pipe. Push the pipe all the way into the fitting and it is sealed. No going back over it to glue, press, tighten, or solder. You can even turn the fittings after insertion if needed to line them up properly. Try that with a glued or soldered fitting!

Flexible stainless steel tubing included with this kit!!

Flexible stainless steel pipe section with female threaded fittings on each end. It looks just like a gas stove connector, but is rated for potable water. The fittings on each end swivel like a union so you don't need a separate union fitting. This can be threaded right onto the nipple that comes with Basepump and the other end can receive the male adapter from the kit.  It usually eliminates the need for extra fittings, because it can be twisted and turned in many ways to fit. You can even make a "U" turn with it! The 3/4" flexible line is 18" long and the 1/2" flexible line is 30" long.

To protect your potable water from being contaminated by unclean sump water, the installer may be required to add such a device to the installation. This provides protection by closing two internal check valves whenever the water flow stops or reverses direction. This item also acts as a "union" fitting to easily disconnect Basepump for future service, if needed.
To install: connect this to the water supply end of the Basepump and insert a male adapter into the other end. It has female threaded openings at both ends.

MK Battery guarantees MK Battery/Deka batteries against defective materials and workmanship for a period of thirty six (36) months for Gel and twenty four (24) months for AGM, from the date of shipment.                             FULL                             PRO-RATE                         TOTAL

If upon initial inspection, installation and adequate charge the battery fails, or the user identifies flaws in material or workmanship that would impair life or product performance, the user will be instructed to:  
1.        Upon written approval, return the product for examination, freight prepaid.  
2.        Hold the materials on site pending inspection by an MK Battery representative.  
Upon satisfactory proof of claim, as determined solely by MK Battery, MK Battery will at our option, replace any defective battery.  
Warranty of a battery is defined as its failure to reach at least 80% of its rated capacity.  If a properly maintained battery fails to meet 80% of its rated capacity, MK Battery will replace the battery. Costs for replacement/installation will be the responsibility of the purchaser.

 Warranty Exclusions and Limitations

	Warranty claims for full replacement must be made within three (3) months from failure.
	This warranty is non-transferable.
	This warranty does not cover any physical damage due to nature or man, which stresses the battery beyond design limits, and is void if manufacturing date codes are destroyed.
	Negligence, accident, abuse, misuse including improper jump-starting, or improper, unsuitable, or abnormal storage of the products.
	Improperly installed or applied batteries.  Improperly charged (either under or over) batteries.  Opening of batteries that are designed and intended in use as sealed products.
	Physical damage due to acts of nature or man, which stress products beyond design limits or other undesirable influences.
	Normal “wear and tear”.

This express warranty is the buyer’s sole remedy, and there are no implied warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose.  MK Battery shall not have any liability for any incidental or consequential damages.
